Marion Harbor
Known for Tabor Academy, it's protected harbor, avid sailors, and quintessential village charm Marion has been a popular summer destination since the turn of the past century and a year round home for increasing numbers. A whaling town before that many of the original captain homes survive today in the village.

Located in the outer harbor of picturesque Marion, Massachusetts this property was originally built in the 1920s on over 5 acres of land. These two waterfront homes look across at Cape Cod and the Elizabeth Islands and can sleep up to 13 people in casual comfort. Situated on a private, gated estate and surrounded by hundred year old Rhododendrons this is the perfect setup for a group of friends or a large family reunion/get together. There are 13 beds between the two houses, both are right on the water with private beaches and you will have access to the tennis court and the deeper water dock facility that the residents share several hundred yards away. Just 60 miles south of Boston this property is centrally located for easy day trips to Cape Cod, the Elizabeth Islands, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. A high speed ferry to Martha's Vineyard is available from New Bedford just 15 miles away. In the summer the bay is full of sailboats from surrounding towns and yacht clubs; in the winter, seals can often be seen sunning on the rocks off the houses.
